Appointments booked before 9:00 AM or after 6:00 PM, as well as appointments that extend past 6:00 PM, are considered outside of standard business hours and require an additional convenience fee. • Early Appointments (before 9:00 AM): $30 fee • Late Appointments (after 6:00 PM or extending past 6:00 PM): $30 fee This fee compensates for extended hours, staffing, and scheduling accommodations and is to be added to appointment . Appointments that extend past 6:00 PM due to service length, late arrival, add-on requests, or unforeseen delays are still subject to the late appointment fee.
